Introducing Google Analytics.
Sophisticated. Easy. Free.

Some nice features from what I can see in my first look around. I like Geo Map idea.
Any update on this? Last I heard (about seven hours ago), it still hadn't updated after 24 hours.

Ok I added the code in the spots it tells me to and I keep getting this...
Tracking Unknown
The Google Analytics tracking code has not been detected on your website's home page. For Analytics to function, you or your web administrator must add the code to each page of your website.
I tried putting in the header template and the headinclude.

Getting some stats through too. Looks like visitors are coming from all over the globe, from Casablanca to Buenos Aires. I was also interested to find out that I have more Firefox visitors than IE.
This is really impressive considering its free.
Seems google has stopped new signups temporarily until they sort out the teething problems with current accounts.

Waiting for data: forums
Analytics has been successfully installed and data is being gathered now. The demand for Google Analytics surpassed even our highest expectations and as a result some customers may temporarily experience report-update delays. All data continues to be collected and no data has been lost. We are currently adding resources to ensure high-quality service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
So, I still haven't got a chance to play with it yet :(

I got the same thing actually, but it looks like it's working for me. Not sure if google has a problem telling it's actually IN the code because it's php or what, but it gave me the same error.
