Well two of them are ok. One is an admin. Another posts a lot and seems to know a lot about weight training. One I just put onboard because I needed it at the time, even though he doesnt know much at all about the topic. One seems to know a lot, but due to a lot of controversy with me at another forum, he hasnt posted in a long time and doesnt respond to any PM's. Also I just demodded a couple over the last two weeks for one reason or another, and another one because he died of cancer.

So what should I just demod these two also? I wish I had more business running in the first place so I'd have nothing to loose.

Definitly return the one that "hasnt posted in a long time and doesnt respond to any PM's" to Registered.

I'm not sure which other one you're talking about. Can you go over him again?

I guess you're right.

I just added him basically to get more posting going on. But he hasn't posted in forever. Also he isn't much of an expert on the subject at hand and asks a lot of newb questions/makes it known that he doesnt really know what he's talking about. I'm guessing I should demod him too?

Yeah, he sounds like a good candidate for demotion to me. An ideal mod would have at least some knowledge on the subject at hand, but more importantly they should be an active member of the community, contribute to discussions, and have ample moderating experience.

In my point of view it seems as if your in a tight spot i really don't have much of a clue what i would do although i would probably try and take the right action, the one who knows alot about your forum i would probably give him a chance and see if he apologizes to you and gets posting again if he dosn't put him back as registered and as for the other one who dosn't know much i would probably de-mod him, i hope you take the right action bro, good luck.

You should talk to them about the issues that have come up. Communication is the key for running a good forum and y'all should communicate.
