SEO for FU

Hi,
I just noticed that for keywords "Forum university", FU website doesnt come on the first page of google. 3rd listing on page2.


What is the problem,

forumuniversity keyword gives you 1st result for FU

I typed in "Forum university" and it shows #1 on Google for me. I'm attaching a screen shot.

I think it'll have something to do with the forum itself being quite well SEOd (title tags etc) but the portal somewhat lacking.

D'Godown it appears that Google is defaulting you to the datacenter in India. Google for me defaults in one of the U.S based datacenters where FU shows on the first page.

No worries Google is going to have a sync coming up fairly shortly....

I thought they are going to personalise the search trends on a more diversed basis.

Yeah. I think they've got more synchronizing to be doing. I see #1 for both terms. But then, I'm in the U.S.

I'm not to sure even after syncs how well Google's international datacenters sync up. I still see vast differences even after the entire sync is done.

It does make sense why.. but its odd how some sites can show up really well.. in like lets say UK and not well on US.

For instance my g/f Pix site.. shows up really good on Google datacenter in Israel, US, UK, etc..., but bombs in Canada, India etc...
