Web Promotion Without Budget?

I have a problem here; I have my new online pharmacy web site. I know may be this question sounds ridiculous, but can I promote my site without spending any money at all. I just do not have money right now; I do not have a credit card either. It’s normal because I am from outside of the USA where credit card is hard to get. What I mean is promoting/targeted traffic without giving any feedback like putting banner in my site, the site free templates (http://freetemplates.webdesigningcompany.net/) is from the owner of the business so I cannot change it. Anybody can help me, please! Also if any strategy for SEO.

I don't know if your ever going to read this, and I hope you had some luck, but your best bet would be to submit to directories, and do Ad Swaps/Link Swaps with sites of a similar niche. If you can find sites that are willing to do that, you will drive a good bit of traffic to your site. If you submit to directories, it is a lot of good incoming links for you, and could help drive traffic to your site as well. Just some advice :).
