Invoice help.

Hi FU :)

I know this is not the right place to talk about this kind of subject but since it's a lounge I don't give a damn :P . I have never send invoices before ever , I just simple put the 'Pay VIA paypal' buttom in all my websites but this customers seems to send money once he has a invoice. He will not pay unless he has a proper invoice. I have never used invoices and I don't know how to get it. I would really appreciate if you give me a little assistance here. How can I send him invoice?

See this MS collection of templates (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/results.aspx?Scope=TC&Query=invoice) for starters. The invoice I use is one I customized from a template. In Word, I was able to get the right column to calculate a total, so I just need to update the "total" field before I send out the invoice.

You can print it or send it as an email attachment.

PayPal has invoicing if you have a Business account.
