It looks like you've covered the main topics needed. :)

Categories and descriptions

Under Help & Support, the description could be clearer. Is this for clients to ask for tech support, or...?? "Need assistance regarding the Digital Pulse community?" is a little vague, at least to me. Is this where you ask where where the brownies are? ;) Also, you might want to rewrite "Hosted sites can post their pleas for help in here." The sites can't post pleas, much as they might want to. ;)

This part is clear: "General Pre-Signup queries regarding the community can also be posted in here" except that will queries be about the community, about becoming clients, or both?

I wonder if some of the General Discussion categories should be combined. OTOH, you're reviving a site according to your About page, and if these categories worked before, they'll work again. :)

Design

A couple of little things:

- The page has a slight need for a horizontal scrollbar at 800X600. But so does the rest of the site, so at least you're consistent. :)

- The links in the footer don't have enough colour contrast to be readable.

Rules page

For consistency, I suggest changing:

You are not allowed to Post:

Links To:

to:

You are not allowed to post links to:

The way it is now, it looks like you aren't allowed to post anything on that page. The above change would show that it's a heading just for 3 items.

It looks like your membership is growing at a good rate. :)

I have noticed that some of your members from your previous forum returned, but only made one post. What was it that kept them loyal to the other BB that is now lacking?

I can understand that starting from scratch again wouldn't be easy, but you need to entice the older members back somehow. Does this software allow you to mail members?
