You can find plenty of them at DP forum.

Actually if it's traffic that you need which is the first priority for every fresh forum, you can write posts yourself and fill the forum with some content that SEs love.

You want to be careful with writing all the content yourself though, otherwise that turns into a one sided conversation.

One thing I did with my latest forum (TV on the Brain) is get together friends who LOVE TV and love to post like mad. Of course promotional stuff doesn't hurt either.

As for content / forum posters, I've had great success with Content Current (contentcurrent.com) in the past.
