Is WHT down for you folks?

It's been out of action for a few hours here. Tried an hour or 2 ago, then headed off to watch a movie with Mrs Aussie Bob. Now I'm back, WHT is still not functional. :hrmph:

And...she's back up. Just in time for me to log off for the night.

Let the old guy sleep in. :P

He's far from old. The biggest bicycle club in my city is one for seniors (age 55+, so not only seniors). I've been an active cyclist for well over a decade, since I was in my early 30s, and seeing those cyclists has always inspired me. They're more active than a lot of 20-year-olds.

"Age" depends on many things. A number is just one of them. Until I joined WHT, I was used to being around people more my age and older. Personally, I value age and the experience it brings.

Besides, I'm only 8 years behind him, so I can't let him be called old. :ftag:

Ummmm, I was being sarcastic and humourous. "Old guy" is aussie slang, and it doesn't neccessarily have anything to do with age. :D

I know. :) I just chose this thread to react to him being called old a few times. You've talked about yourself getting old too, and 30-something is young to me.

And 50-something is old to me. :D

My Mum's birthday was the other day, and we were sitting on the back deck discussing how birthdays should stop at 40. So once you hit the big 40, no more birthdays, period. :skull:
I didn't know that. :s

It's been bouncing up and down. My cousin who lives with me and helps co-admin on my mboard, tried to register and found WHT down. He'll probably sign up here soon.

And I bounced you from the computer box so I can sign up and check this place out. I'll try the WHTalk forum shortly.

Yes, it was upgraded a while ago. They're probably fixing some minor problems. :)

Probly got tired of people whining about "search" not working ;)
Like I said, takes a good bit to go through 3.5 million posts. It'll be up by Christmas (we hope) ;)

Someone should build another forum called WHTisdown.com, and we can use that for when WHT is down.

That was our gift to you in honour of your birthday. With WHT down, you could actually take a break from it. We figure out how to bring down the Internet's largest web hosting forum just for you, and that's the thanks we get?

Oh well. It's your birthday. Now that it's your day off anyway, we've put the missing pin back in place, and it's up again. :joker2:
