What sort of user management features do you like to see in software? For example, a user warning system.

Well, I'll agree a warning system is very useful. Other things -
Mod Queue and the ability to put someone on Mod Queue without the use of the ACP.
Suspension for x Hours/Days.
Ability to modify anything a user can put in their profile which could be offensive, etc without having to edit the database.
One thing I'd like to see, but haven't, is a feature which limits the length/size of a signature especially if it contains an image.

Can't think of any more at the moment.

I wish vB had a built in user warning system. It's been part of IPB for sometime and it's the most requested feature on the vB mboards.
