Hey,
I took over a forum about 4 months ago but only finally got the time to start working on it within the last month.
I spent hours trying to re-arrange the forums and move topics to more suitable forums and I am still doing it, about 2 weeks later ;)
I would love some help on how to arrange my forums, what forums I should have and what I should remove.
I tried to put a lot of thought into it but its a lot harder than it looks trying to re-arrange everything.
It has been a nightmare so far and I know there's still a lot to do.
The reason for changing forums? There were a lot of forums that really weren't needed before I took it over and it was lacking a number of forums and posts were in the wrong forum, so I had to create some new forums and move all posts.
I also tried to change the theme of the forum to more of a webmaster site rather than focusing on graphics, so this also called for a lot of change.
90% of the people in the community were webmasters anyway so this wasn't a problem but the forums weren't arranged for a webmaster forum.
The site is www.WebmasterForums.net and any help would be appreciated :)
Thanks :D
