I'm not too fond of the color of the links in 3. But other then that it's a nice design.

But, I'm going to choose 4.

Definitely 1 for me. It looks refreshingly different. It downloads faster too. :)

BTW, 2-4 don't have a background colour specified, and 4 has a horizontal scrollbar at 800X600.

I really like 1. :)
