Hello Everyone, Once Again :)

Well, after posting previously I got thinking a little more about other possible ideas upon forum ideas. These are just some of the topics that I thought of while going through all this, and hopefully you all will at least like some of them ;)

They may not appeal to everyone here, but hopefully they will aappeal to people that may not have a wide selection in boards for there subject.

For this poll, I would just like to get an idea upon how original/not as often used, as well if you believe they would go over well.

Feel free to only submit to the poll, or if you like also post some feedback upon the ideas that I have submitted, there are only a few ideas that I really have thought of for now, but more may come, and these may get other people thinking as well of some more not as used ideas, which is always a good thing. :)

War Forum: Not on a specific war but, of many wars of the course of history, I myself am into them, because they had outcomes that changed everything that happened in history. And I think that this is not nearly as used as other ideas.

Single Game Forum: Only on a specific game, possibly Counter-Strike, or a game like that, something that has a large following, yet not a lot of forums for them.

Single Band Forum: Much like the game one, only with a band.

School Help: Everyone could use help, people could ask questions of others for help. This would not be used for cheating, but just to help people in the right direction, I know I wished there was something like this when I needed help. And if there was I didn't find it.

------
Note: I may add more ideas as they come, although they wont be able to be added to the poll, but thats alright :)

I'm not sure any of those are good suggestions.

The market for game and band forums is already oversaturated. That's not to say you couldn't make a decent forum in those areas, it'll just be harder because of the intense competition.

Although saying that, you could still make a band forum for a lesser known band but then the problem would be lack of potential members. If you can find a band that's on the up it might work but finding the right one would be no simple task either!

I wouldn't know much about school forums or war forums. I don't do the whole war thing. ;)

I'll see what everyone else says before I vote. :D

I'm not sure any of those are bad suggestions. :P

Aren't forums great? They give you an avenue to explore different directions.

Of the ones you listed, I like the war and school ones the best. The other two would be harder, for the reasons B33R (who I always want to spell BEER) already mentioned.

And, since you're interested and feel you have a lot to contribute to either a war or school forum, I'd suggest exploring those opportunities further.

If you're in school, it seems that would be the easiest one to start. You could target your school to get it going and then expand from there.

From you post, it appears that you want to start a forum about something. You just need to figure out what the something is.

I'd suggest going with the something that interests you the most. Starting a forum can be a lot of long hours. And if you're not passionate about your core subject, them hours can get depressing.

From the little I know of you, I'm still going to suggest you look into the school help forum on a local level to begin. Since you wished there was something like that for you, you know what it needs.

/me votes "School Help."
