This is my forum. Its been up & running a few months now.
Its been generally busy, but a little quiet the last few weeks.
Let me know what ye all think..

I agree, I think you have a bit too many. Some have very few or even no posts. Try to merge some together and see if you can make it a little less daunting for a new member.

Might also want to look at changing the skin. vBulletin's one is very common, doesn't make your forum stand out.

Yes and Yes.

On your first point, if I was making a forum about an area, I'd focus on what that area had in the way of culture, and why people would want to visit. Basically, you don't need to cover everything. Are people coming to ireland for their mobile phones? Unlikely.

Then again, this is my opinion, yours may differ.

As far as colours go, when I think of Ireland I think green. Maybe it's just me ;)

Thanks for your points ,Scott..The forum is Irish ,but its also for people living in Ireland..We do have a green style , I might try that as default for a while & look at what forums I can merge..Thanks for the replys,much appriciated..

When you use the default vbulletin out-of-the-box theme, it can appear that you've given little thought on who you are.

A forum's style should be in direct relationship to its content.

Let us know when you've merged some forums so we can have a closer look. :)
