Hey, i've currently got a WordPress blog (http://www.four-closure.com) that (over recent days) has had a significant increase in visitors (the change from 12th March to 13th March was a whopping 13,000 unique visitors).

The thing is i'm looking for the ideal forum software to use to help keep these visitors coming back. I had tried MiniBB and PunBB. phpBB is totally out of the question because it's just a big security flaw...

First of all can anyone recommend any software to use and secondly, can it be integrated into WordPress?

There are no security issues related with phpBB, as I am sure Cameron and Micheal will tell you the same.

I personally suggest MyBB (http://www.forumuniversity.com/campus/showthread.php?t=235) :)

For free forums, phpBB is probably the best and most supported. For paid, I like Invision Power Board and vBulletin.

Are you looking for a free solution or paid? If paid, vbulletin would be my vote.
