First impression is a very nice crisp skin, I like it :)

Good use of SMF if you ask me, it definitely doesn't look like the standard install and that's always a plus.

Not too sure about all the teams having subforums. It makes the place look pretty busy when you don't have many (or any) posts in most of them. I would merge all the team forums together until you found you had enough posts to separate them out.

Overall, very nice and good luck with it :D
