Active in the last 24 hours.

I would like to display the active in the last 24 hours bar on the bottom of the page, but I can't find it anywhere, and I probably don't know how to install it :( Can anyone point me to a tutorial of this or perhaps log in.

Downloaded, and trying to install but all I get is this.
