This really depends on what kind of features you class as being SEO benefits. For example, PunBB (www.punbb.org) uses XHTML valid markup, which some people think helps towards better SEO. WowBB (http://www.wowbb.com/) on the other hand comes complete with SEO friendly URLs which I feel is a huge advantage.

Have a look around, you'll find many forums offer different features. I can't say I've tried either of the 2 above, but they look promissing.

Wowbb requires apache, I had to install and configure helicon isapi_rewrite to get the se friendly urls working on IIS. This (http://www.alienhub.com/website) is my board.
