The vBulletin Fans Network is offering you the chance to try out for an unlimited period of time your own chat channel.
We have a few irc servers linked up together and this means we can handle quite a bit of online users; enough space to also include your chat channel and your web site members.
For your web site, install PJIRC.com java chat applet and point the server to irc.vBulletin-Fans.com on port 6667, and contact me here or in #vBFans and we can get things started. People can use trillian, mirc, etc to connect, besides the java chat.
If you are experienced with irc chat you can register your own nick and once registered you can register your own channel. You can ask vHosts and a Channel bot once registered.
We host the irc servers so there are no costs for you. PJIRC java chat is also free, so no costs there. The main irc server uses a round robin dns setup, so the chat network load is balanced over all the leaf servers connected.
Hope to hear from you soon :)
