I run a blogging service ATM. I currently have 20 blogs or so. I am doing SEO work with about half of them. So they may be indexed and gain some PR with the Google Gods coming around in the next few weeks. I already blogged a few sites that have PR3's - PR6's.
With about 12 of them I sell $1 a blog. You will get 2 or more contextual links and up to 100 word article or more. If you are interested let me know(pm or ask here in this thread). I will give you several qoutes or work something out.
