Register problems

When I was surfing the site.

I had been seeing a register box on the top of the forum as I was not registered here.

But when I tried to click on the register link from the inside of the forum it was pointing to a page not found.

Admin please check it. That people are not able to register from the forum section itself the only way to register is from the main page.
