Here's a little story of "Currently Active Users" feature.

I love that feature, and watching what folks are doing, in what threads, is great, errrrrr, or maybe a tad voyeristic. :iunno: :D

So I am sitting on that page, and I notice a client reading the "How do I cancel my hosting?" page in the Knowledge base. I knew that client was having some problems, especially with email, so I figured the worst. :dfingers:

So I fired off a quick PM and asked if there's anything I can help him with. The client was floored, as he tells me he was just about to cancel that very minute! So the client stayed and all problems were sorted - all because of the ""Currently Active Users" feature. :D

. . . maybe a tad voyeristic. . .Not that there's anything 'wrong' with that. As your story so aptly illustrates. :kitty:

Mrs. Aussie Bob would never worry about her lesser half running away with someone who wanted to cancel him. She knows he fears cancellation.

Now vBulletin, on the other hand, might have some appeal.
