I'm a member of a few forums. I plan on putting something in my signature. Do you think it would be better for SEO to link directly to the site (http://global-warming-2007.com) or to this forum (http://www.forumuniversity.com/campus/forumdisplay.php?f=35)?

My initial thinking is to link directly to our GlobalWarming Awareness2007 (http://global-warming-2007.com) site. But, if we edit the content we're going to include here before placing it there . . . .

I just don't know. :iunno:

Yeah. I went with:

ForumUniversity's GlobalWarming Awareness2007 (http://global-warming-2007.com/) project.

I do believe for SEO purposes you did the right thing linking to the site!

Speaking of linking . . . Will a link exchange script hurt us or help us?

"link exchange script"

sounds bogus.

"link exchange script"

The idea of it is, other GlobalWarming Awareness2007 sites would be able to exchange links with us. They're the only ones that would be interested.

You can see the protype of the script here. http://global-warming-2007.com/directory/

A link back is required for submission.

Would anyone be interested? It's a nice idea on a site like FU where there is more of a community aspect...not sure it would work so well on this one.

The only ones interested would be those involved in the contest.

Link exchanges (http://forum.seoworldchampionship.com/forumdisplay.php?f=5)
This is the right place if you want to exchange links with other contestants.
