Hi your footer looks great, how can we made this, or can you give this hacks url ?

It actually isn't a hack. ;)

All you do is customize your footer template in the Styles and Templates menu in vBulletin. Be careful though, if you remove the cron part of the footer template your vBulletin install won't run cron jobs, and if you remove the copyright and haven't paid Jelsoft for that ability, you're going to have a very angry Jelsoft after you. :chairhide
