How long does it take to setup my account?
To keep our servers clean and our customers safe we manually activate every account. Accounts are generally activated within two hours of payment during sales hours. If your account is not activated after 12 hours, please contact our sales department.
Do you allow adult content?
No, at this time we do not allow any kind of adult content. Please read our Terms of Service (section 6, Server Content / Software Abuse) for more information as to what we allow on our servers.
Can I test the speed of your network/servers?
Sure. We have speed test files available for download at http://speedtest.adbnetwork.net.
